PSG HRMS Eligibility — Who Qualifies for the Grant

  • The company must be registered and operating in Singapore
  • Purchase and subscription of our human resource solution must be used in Singapore
  • Have a minimum 30% of local shareholding
  • Company’s Group annual sales turnover to be less than $100 million OR have less than 200 employees

How to Apply for the PSG HR Software Grant via the Business Grants Portal 

Applying for the PSG HR Software Grant involves three main steps. First, obtain a quotation from Frontier e-HR, a pre-approved PSG vendor, based on your company’s HR and payroll needs. Second, submit your grant application through the Business Grants Portal (BGP) using your company’s CorpPass credentials, along with the vendor quotation and any required supporting documents. Third, once your application is approved, you may proceed with subscribing to the HRMS solution, with the grant offsetting up to 50% of qualifying costs. Business entity that is registered/incorporated in Singapore

● At least 30% local shareholding ie 30% shareholder that are Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Citizen
● Company’s Group Annual Sales Turnover of not more than S$100 million, or Company’s Group Employment Size of not more than 200 workers
● Purchase/lease/subscription of the Equipment or IT Solution must be used in Singapore

Each company is supported by Enterprise Singapore (ESG) is subjected to an annual grant cap of S$30,000 for solutions supported by ESG, starting on 1 April and ending on 31 March the following year.

SMEs can put in more than one PSG application depending on business needs. However, support can only be extended for one package per solution category per deployment location within limit of annual grant cap of $30,000 per entity.
