HRIS Software Grant
Frontier e-HR Pte Ltd is a pre-approved PSG vendor. Productivity Grant Solution (PSG) supports companies in Singapore keen on adopting IT solutions and equipment to enhance business processes. Eligible companies can claim up to 50% grant on our solutions with PSG and SkillsFuture Enterprise Credit (SFEC) including Payroll Software Grant, Claim Software Grant, Leave Software Grant, Performance Appraisal System Grant, Learning Management Software Grant and Attendance Software Grant.
HR Shared Services (HRSS)
Frontier e-HR is one of the appointed PSG grant vendors by Enterprise SG aimed at improving human resource payroll processing services and optimising human resource HR operational efficiency for SMEs. HRSS supports SMEs in Singapore especially in human resource solutions up to 50% of qualifying costs of funding support, including a one-time set up cost and monthly subscription cost capped at 12 months.
SME Eligibility
- The company must be registered and operating in Singapore
- Purchase and subscription of our human resource solution must be used in Singapore
- Have a minimum 30% of local shareholding
- Company’s Group annual sales turnover to be less than $100 million OR have less than 200 employees

Other Grants
NTUC CTC Grant:
The new NTUC CTC Grant is managed by NTUC’s e2i (Employment and Employability Institute) to support applicants that have formed CTCs to implement transformation plans that will lead to better worker and business outcomes. The NTUC CTC Grant provides funding support of up to 70 per cent of the qualifying cost for each project.
Tech-and-Go (TnG):
Social Service Agencies and NCSS Members can start their technology journey by taking up competitively priced and simple solutions to digitize data and automate processes. NCSS funding supports the adoption of pre-scoped solutions (same solutions under PSG), to help SSAs get started. Solutions can even be supported up to 3 years. Read more about it here!

What is the eligibility criteria for Productivity Solutions Grant (PSG) applications supported by Enterprise Singapore (ESG)?
Business entity that is registered/incorporated in Singapore
● At least 30% local shareholding ie 30% shareholder that are Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Citizen
● Company’s Group Annual Sales Turnover of not more than S$100 million, or Company’s Group Employment Size of not more than 200 workers
● Purchase/lease/subscription of the Equipment or IT Solution must be used in Singapore
What is the annual grant cap for PSG?
Each company is supported by Enterprise Singapore (ESG) is subjected to an annual grant cap of S$30,000 for solutions supported by ESG, starting on 1 April and ending on 31 March the following year.
How many PSG grants can a company apply for?
SMEs can put in more than one PSG application depending on business needs. However, support can only be extended for one package per solution category per deployment location within limit of annual grant cap of $30,000 per entity.
Can a company submit concurrent applications?
Yes, this is possible within the annual cap.
What is the processing time for applications?
Applications are processed within 4-6 weeks from the submission of all required information.
