2021 MAR - SUCCESSFUL WEB APPLICATION PENETRATION TEST
To ensure we keep our clients’ data safe and secure, Frontier e-HR tests our applications rigorously. Undergoing Penetration Test is just one small part of this tedious process we carry out annually. A penetration test is an authorised simulated cyberattack on a system, ensuring that it is able to withhold itself against all kinds of assault. Putting itself up against one of Singapore’s most rigorous Penetration Test conducted by Singtel, we once again pass with flying colours.

2021 MAR - OSPAR ATTESTATION (ABS)
Frontier e-HR has been certified as one of the handful of Payroll Outsourcing vendors in Singapore to earn itself OSPAR validation. This validation substantiates that Frontier e-HR complies with all standards, controls and procedures demanded by Financial Institutions (FIs).
A level of governance, rigour and consistency is expected from outsourced service providers working with FIs as they are subjected to follow the outsourcing guidelines governed by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) and the Association of Banks in Singapore (ABS).
2020 DEC - PRE-APPROVED AS PSG HRSS VENDOR
Frontier e-HR is one of the appointed PSG grant vendors by Enterprise SG aimed at improving human resource payroll processing services and optimising human resource HR operational efficiency for SMEs. HRSS supports up to 80% of qualifying costs of funding support, including a one-time setup cost and 12 months outsourcing service fee.
On top providing Payroll and Admin services to improve your operational efficiency, our HRSS package covers software subscription for Personnel Management, Leave, Mobile Attendance, Payroll and Benefit & Claim Module.
2019 NOV - EDUCATIONAL CONTRIBUTION
Frontier e-HR is pleased to be able to contribute to the success of our future workforce by providing them a learning platform through our system. Frontier e-HR’s system (leapsUP) allows students to familiarize themselves with an HR system in their diploma module called “HRIS”. This helps them to ease into the workforce when they start their first job in the industry as they come with experience in managing a HR system.
It was a pleasure working with the lecturers and students of Singapore Polytechnic. It is great to know that our organisation is making a difference!
2018 NOV - PRE-APPROVED AS PSG HRMS VENDOR
An initiative to enable SMEs to ride on the technology wave and invest in automated to improve their operations and free up employees for other value-added tasks. For a start, PSG covers sector-specific solutions including the retail, food, logistics, precision engineering, construction and landscaping industries. Other than sector-specific solutions, PSG also supports the adoption of solutions that cut across industries, such as in areas of customer management, data analytics, financial management and inventory tracking.
Organizations who want to take part in this have to go through a process to qualify themselves. All PSG solutions have been pre-scoped by various government agencies such as Enterprise Singapore, National Environmental Agency (NEA) and Singapore Tourism Board (STB). With up to 70% funding support, PSG serves as an avenue for companies to make long-term technology investments.
As a local SME ourselves, we are glad to be part of this program which can benefit other local SMEs in improving their operational processes.
2018 OCT - PARTICIPATED IN GOSECURE PROGRAM
GoSecure is a specially designed program targeted to increase the cybersecurity capabilities of local Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) organizations and to improve their product security posture. It is a collaboration between IMDA, CSA and SIT.
It zooms into the structurual coding and identifies security gaps in their products and solutions through Security by Design consultation and vulnerability assessment to reduce cybersecurity risks.
This program has allowed organizations to instill confidence in their products and solutions, which in turns enabled them to grow their customer base. We have learnt so much from working with the team at SIT and feel more equipped to create products that are secure.
2018 NOV - BEST TALENT MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE (BRONZE) (HR Vendors of the Year 2018)
HR Vendors of the Year, published since 2006 and included as an awards show in 2015, has garnered an immense following by HR professionals across the region for the past 13 years.
The dawn of the digital era has given rise to a number of rapid changes in the business environment, not all of which HR directors can specialise in, owing to the demands of the job. 2018 AUG - ISO / IEC 27001 CERTIFICATION
ISO/IEC certification is run by the International Organization for Standardization where they develop and publish International Standards. Their standards are based on 4 key principles: market needs, global expert opinions, developed through a multi-stakeholder process and based on a consensus.
Within the ISO/IEC 27000 family of standards, the 27001 standard is the best-known standard in providing requirements for an information security management system (ISMS). This is not a compulsory certification for IT vendors, but at Frontier e-HR, we are dedicated to providing the best for our customers and therefore hold ourselves to the highest standards. After going through strict auditing, we are pleased to announce that Frontier e-HR has received this international recognition for IT security standard, ISO/IEC 27001 certification.
