Frontier e-HR Module Intelligence

This reporting platform is available within individual module, which provides user with the following features/functions:
- Filtering options, i.e. Grouping (by Company, Position, etc), Time Filtering (Date Range, Month, Year), Inclusion and Exclusion, plus standard export to excel feature.
- Vast amount of data available within a mouse click.
- Scalable and add-on reports available in the future as part of standard maintenance and program upgrade(s).

Frontier E-HR HR Intelligence |

Leveraging on powerful design and features of Crystal Report, user is able to create, generate, modify and even schedule reports according to individual requirements. In addition to all the features and functionalities of the system, Frontier e-HR allows Crystal-generated reports to be access-restricted according to the User Profile. For example, Manager A for Department A can only see Report specified for his department, but not others.
HR Intelligence consists of 2 (two) main components which give users full report management capabilities.

This platform provides the following functionalities: |

- Definition of access rights that is tied to Frontier e-HR's User Profile Management in the context of uploading Reports that are created using Crystal Report.
- Report-scheduling capability - To allow Administrator to schedule a report to be generated at a specified time/interval of time.
- Report-quota capability - To allow Administrator to specify reports available for specific user(s).
- Extension to make this platform as an EIS (Enterprise Information System) by linking of reports from other systems to be disseminated through HR Intelligence Platform by leveraging on User Profile management.

Crystal Report |

- A world-renown Enterprise report writing tool to allow full power and flexibility from basic to highly-advanced report creation.
- Linkage with Frontier e-HR database schema to ease report-creation procedures.

To equip user with Crystal Report's features and functions, Frontier e-HR provides Exclusive Training (please refer to Appendix A for details) conducted by our dedicated and experienced in-house Trainer. |

Frontier E-HR Export Manager |

Our basic, yet extremely powerful Export Manager allows user to extract data from Frontier e-HR database. The following are some of the major features of this Export Manager:
- User-selectable fields and tables to extract data
- Filtering Criteria
- Query function to include/exclude, add, and advanced query method such as greater than, lesser than, etc.
